This page explains how and when chiuchiu orders are processed and delivered.
Processing time
Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed, so orders ship within 5–7 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
Shipping rates
- Free tracked shipping on orders over $150.
- For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
Delivery times
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders, duties and taxes
We ship to most countries. Orders delivered outside the country we ship from may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your destination. These are charged by the carrier or customs office and are your responsibility unless they are shown as included at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you supplied.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
