退款政策
We want you to be happy with every piece. If something is not right, this page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at chiuchiu.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
Items we cannot take back
- Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Helmets with a damaged or removed safety label.
- Gift cards.
How to start a return
Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back unless it arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order.
